Am I the A-hole for expecting my friends to always help me with chores?

My roommates and I have been living together for about a year. We've made a pretty good agreement where we each take turns doing the dishes, but lately, it feels like I'm always the one doing the work. Last week, my friend just didn't care to do their part. I got really frustrated because they just didn't even notice. I told them that it was unfair, here and they said they were sorry. Now, they're saying I'm making a big deal out of nothing. Am I really the asshole here?

Should I talk to them again?
